1. Scope

These Terms regulate access to and use of the KUKUBELA application, available to users for learning national languages anytime and anywhere.

2. Enrollment and access

1. The app is available for compatible mobile devices through the App Store and Play Store.
2. To enroll, users must provide first name, last name, valid email address, and create a password.
3. Users are responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided.

3. Use and operation

1. Authentication is performed using the email and password created during enrollment.
2. Users must keep credentials confidential and must not share access with third parties.
3. App quality depends on compatible devices and internet access (mobile data or Wi-Fi).
4. Users may need to update the app through official app stores when requested.
5. Use of the app is personal, non-transferable, and limited to lawful purposes.
6. Kukubela may display advertising inside the app.

4. Subscriptions and payments

• Subscriptions: Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Cancellation: Subscriptions can be managed and canceled through each user's store account (App Store or Play Store).
• Automatic plans: For users with Angolan payment solutions, payment by reference or transfer may be available, subject to confirmation/validation.

5. Security and liability

1. Kukubela uses security protocols aligned with current security standards.
2. The platform is monitored to prevent and detect fraud.
3. Kukubela is not liable for unauthorized use caused by user negligence with credentials.
4. Users are liable for damages resulting from breach of these Terms.

6. Cancellation and suspension

1. Users may request account cancellation or suspension through support channels.
2. Accounts may be temporarily suspended after repeated incorrect password attempts.
3. Reactivation may require contacting support.

7. Intellectual property

All intellectual and industrial property rights related to the app, its content, documentation, and updates belong to António Nicolau - Prestação de Serviços (SU), LDA.

8. Personal data

By using the app, users authorize collection and processing of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, for the purposes required to operate the service.

9. Account suspension or termination

Kukubela may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in unlawful behavior, misuse content, or harm the platform, its users, or brand reputation.

10. Updates

These Terms may be updated at any time. Changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use after publication implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

Kukubela support may operate continuously. Kukubela does not request passwords or security codes over the phone.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Angolan law. Disputes are submitted to Angolan courts, specifically the Court of Luanda, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
